Create a relaxed, boho vibe this Christmas and transform your lounge into a peaceful sanctuary, draped with soft textures and creamy neutrals
How to bring a relaxed vibe to your Christmas decor
Create a relaxed vibe this Christmas with a handmade, natural look for your living space. Texture is key for this theme so think tassels, fringing and feathers, and materials such as leather, wood and rattan. These tactile elements will lend depth and interest to the neutral palette.
Mix handmade decorations with bought ones for an artistic look. These simple feather decorations were made by tying thin cord to feathers.
We also attached tassel trims to rattan rings with double-sided tape, and leather fringing from Spotlight to small timber dowels for mini wall hangings.
This Christmas theme is very casual so the handmade decorations and asymmetrical approach work well.
