Well-planned, considered living spaces can make a huge difference to quality of life and many subdivisions have a range of building platforms with unique features. Here’s our pick of what’s on offer around the country.
1. Market appeal in Tauranga
Tauranga, Bay of Plenty
Tauranga has been the poster girl for subdivision developments over the last few years. The Orchard has proved it has plenty of market appeal with more than 24 sections already sold.
