Rogan Nash Architects are an award-winning Auckland-based architectural and interior design practice led by Kate Rogan and Eva Nash. Having worked on a number of varied briefs across both the residential and commercial space, they have shown their ability to create flexible and innovative responses.

Their recent renovation of this Grey Lynn villa is an example of their design abilities. Architects Kate Rogan and Eva Nash have excelled here – lending not only their architectural skills but providing advice on sustainable building features and interior design for a renovation that feels coherent and complete. It would’ve been easy to box out the neighbours on this urban site: instead Rogan Nash opened up the section, inviting established trees on neighbouring properties into the setting and expanding the sense of space. Privacy hasn’t been compromised – clothing could be optional in the pool.
